History of the original:

This type of ship is used universally in many harbours around the world. Depending on the design, these launches are used to transport people or materials, but can also be equipped with special units for towing ships or as fire-fighting launches. With the electric motor adapted to this hull and the screw-in drive, the dolly can be driven true to the original. The very good manoeuvrability results from the screw tunnel moulded into the hull.

Kit contents description:

The kit contains the pre-moulded hull made of ABS material, the pre-moulded wheelhouse made of transparent material (so no need to cut out the windows) and other superstructures and fittings as well as the deck laser-cut. The complete rudder system, stern tube with propeller shaft, propeller and coupling. Self-adhesive pictures and cover masks. The building instructions with drawings in several languages.

The model can also be equipped with a special function set as a fire-fighting boat with the extinguishing cannon, the controls and a water pump. Another option is the construction of a towing gear for use as a small harbour work tug.

Who is the kit suitable for?

The kit is aimed at modellers with little or no experience in ship modelling.
The dolly is easy to build, but is a great basis for realising your own functional ideas due to its universal application.

What else is needed?

Paints, adhesives and tools are required and can be found in our range.

Optionally available is an additional fittings set with all lamps with bulbs for connection as well as all fittings such as fans, bollards and many small parts.

What do the assembly instructions look like?

The 20-page German assembly instructions are divided into 7 construction stages. The instructions are based on text and supplementary photos.
There are parts lists, recommendations for adhesives to be used and a list of recommended accessories.
