Control Stick Optimization: Throttle Channel Conversion Kits and Neutral Position

For many functions that operate both forward and backward (e.g., the speed controller for electric drives or a bow thruster), a defined center neutral position for the control stick is essential. Often, the throttle channel on entry-level transmitters is only equipped with a ratchet or brake function, which allows for stepless adjustment without a center detent.

  • Throttle Channel Conversion Kits: Specifically for popular systems like the MASTER GigaProp or various FlySky systems, we offer conversion kits. These contain the necessary springs and mechanical parts to convert the control stick to the desired automatic return to the Neutral Position. This increases fine control over the drive or maneuvering aids.
  • Ratcheting Brakes for Control Sticks: For model ships where a constant throttle setting without holding the stick is desired, ratcheting brakes provide a noticeable lock. You can easily retrofit these to prevent unintentional adjustment while maintaining a defined feel during trimming.

More Channels for Special Functions: Potentiometers and Buttons

If your remote control has free channels but no dedicated operating unit on the transmitter, our Auxiliary Channel Extensions come into play. These small modules are mounted directly on the transmitter and allow you to operate new functions without having to buy a completely new remote control.

  • Channel Expansion with Rotary Potentiometers (Potis): These are perfect for proportional special functions where you need continuous control. Think of the continuous regulation of a searchlight, a crane boom, or a water pump. These extensions are available, for example, for the FlySky FS-ST8 on the front side of the transmitter.
  • Channel Expansion with Buttons/Switches: For functions that only require a simple on and off (e.g., lighting or a horn), we offer button extensions. These can often be mounted discreetly on the back of the transmitter to intuitively operate important switching functions.
