Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. End users are legally required to dispose of used batteries separately.

Used batteries can be returned free of charge to public collection points or appropriate take-back facilities.

You may also return to us used batteries of the types that we currently sell or have previously sold as new batteries. The customer bears the cost of returning the batteries. The acceptance and proper disposal of used batteries is free of charge.

When shipping batteries, please observe the applicable shipping and dangerous goods regulations, particularly those relating to lithium batteries and rechargeable lithium batteries. Damaged, swollen or otherwise abnormal lithium batteries must not be sent to us without prior consultation.

The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. The symbols Cd and Pb indicate that the battery contains cadmium or lead, respectively, above the legally defined threshold values.

By returning used batteries properly, you help protect the environment and human health and contribute to the recycling of valuable raw materials.
