Charging Cable

Charging cables and adaptors for RC batteries

With the right charging cable for model-making batteries, you can connect your battery to the charger safely and reliably. As different connector systems are used in RC model-making, we stock a range of charging cables and adaptors for model boats and other RC models.

Our range includes, amongst others, XT60, Tamiya, T-Plug/Deans, MPX and TRX connectors, as well as adaptors for various connector systems.

Charging cables with XT60 connectors

Many modern model-making chargers use XT60 connectors. Suitable charging cables allow you to connect to batteries with, for example:

• Tamiya plugs
• T-Plug / Deans
• MPX plugs
• TRX connectors

This means that different batteries can be used with an existing charger without having to change the connector system on the battery.

Adapters for various connector systems

You’ll also find handy charging adaptors, for example from Tamiya to Futaba/BEC/Micro, T-Plug to Tamiya or Tamiya to Mini-Tamiya.

Adapters are particularly useful when combining older and newer RC components with different connector systems.

Choosing the right charging cable

When making your selection, pay particular attention to:

• The battery connector
• The charger connection
• Current capacity
• Cable cross-section
• Correct polarity

Discover our charging cables and adapters for RC batteries and connect your charger and battery to suit your existing connector system.
