Cables and Plugs

Cables and connectors for RC model boat building

Reliable cables and connectors for model building ensure safe power and signal transmission between the battery, speed controller, motor, receiver, servos and other electronic components.

In our range, you will find a wide selection of silicone cables, connectors, adaptors and connection cables for model boats and other RC models.

Connector systems for batteries, motors and electronics

Depending on the application, various connector systems are available, including:

• XT30 and XT60
• Tamiya plugs and sockets
• BEC connectors
• Deans / T-Plug
• Gold-plated contacts
• Motor plugs
• Flat connectors

Suitable adaptors also allow different connector systems to be connected.

Silicone cables for model-making

Silicone cables are particularly flexible and are therefore very well suited for wiring in tight model hulls. Various cable cross-sections allow adaptation to different current levels – from powering small loads to high-performance drive systems.

Servo and connection cables

For receivers, servos and special functions, you’ll also find servo extension cables, switch cables and other connection leads. These allow electronic components to be neatly connected within the model, even over longer distances.

Choosing the right cable and connector system

When making your selection, particular attention should be paid to current-carrying capacity, cable cross-section, connector system and polarity. Particularly with high-power motors and batteries, cables and connectors must be rated for the currents involved.
