Torpedo Boat PT 109

The PT 109 is the best-known torpedo boat from WW II. J.F. Kennedy was commander of this boat and became a legend. The model is a kit with which you can show and tell a piece of history.
The kit of this legendary PT 109 has been completely revised. The improved construction plans and instructions give you the choice between an electric or combustion engine drive. Great importance was attached to the detailed reproduction of the deck superstructure and armament and is therefore no longer comparable with the previous version. As always with DUMAS models, the hull is constructed from pre-cut plywood parts and partially planked with wood and plastic panels. Over 50 cast metal parts and lots of brass material for the superstructure and details are included in the kit.
