Frame leveller and hull slipway Building Slip from Billing Boats

This practical slipway for frame models with a keel length of up to 90 cm enables absolutely straight and warp-free construction of frame hulls.

The grooved keel support is screwed to the MDF base plate. Two guide blocks, one fixed and one adjustable to the hull size, hold the keel firmly and vertically. The centre piece (as a right angle) can be pushed onto the respective frame and aligns it at a right angle. This ensures an absolutely symmetrical hull. The frame can remain in this slipway for a very long time until the mouldings and the deck, which are important for the stability of the hull, have been glued.
