Grand Banks 46 Classic Kit

Grand Banks motor yacht

Detailed reproduction of a classic Grand Banks motor yacht whose original design dates back to 1967. The design was originally based on a trawler hull, as was typical in North America and also in Newfoundland, where the shipyard is based.

The hull is made of a super heavy plastic material and has no frames or reinforcements. Decks and superstructure are made of wood. Included are many metal fittings, some etched and made of brass. The complete interior can be reproduced. The superstructure is designed to be completely removable. The model can of course be motorised (twin-screw drive) and equipped with a remote control.
